A credit card is required to schedule your appointment. There is no fee for cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee which will be taken from your credit card. By scheduling you understand and agree to this cancellation policy and revoke all rights to obtain a refund. You also understand that persistent rescheduling prevents other patients from being treated in the office. It is up to the practice’s discretion to disallow any future treatments due to no shows and multiple rescheduling.
